How to get little kids to stop touching me

I kid you not, sometimes at indoor social gatherings, some children don't look where they're going and... bump into my private areas. What do I say? To whom should I speak?

I totally agree with you on this. I hate when people touch or throw things at me. I always been that way. But I notice that little kids do it a lot. More than older kids and adults. And its one of my biggest or is biggest pet peeve that I have. I just hate it badly. So I feel ya and agree with you 100%.
