I am sharing a flat. 2 separate rooms + shared kitchen and restroom/bathroom(2in1 room).
Unfortunately my flatmate has a habit of going to the restroom and occupying it for a hour in the morning. If we wake up at different times it's fine - I'm either still sleeping or out to school already. But when our schedules clash (we both gave random schedules so we can't exactly plan) its a huge issue because I might be up to a hour late because... I can't pee. Pee!! ! All because she has to pee, poop, do make up, take a shower, shave legs, put a mask on or whatever else while I am waiting. Sometimes she just pees and is out too but I can never know if thats the case till its too late.

Last time I waited a few minutes thinking she is just taking a pee. But then she went to the shower and couldnt hear me for another 20 mins and after I asked her "Are you going to keep the restroom much longer? I need it for 2 mins" she said "10 mins". But it was more and I ended up 30 mins late. We also had a fight afterwards because I was angry for her taking the bathroom without a warning - she could see me waking to kitchen in my pajamas when she was entering bathroom so she could tell me "Hey, I am taking the restroom for longer, do you need it?" and problem would be solved. But she just went and locked the restroom for a hour.

Today it happened again. I woke up just to hear her entering the restroom so while she was peeking I said "Don't occupy the restroom for long, Ok? I am going to need it.". She asked "What?" so I repeated. She asked "I can't her you." so I paraphrased. And then I stopped, hoping she figured it out.
She went to take the shower and did some other things than left the restroom 20 mins later, with a beauty mask on her face. And told me I should be nicer because its also her restroom and she has the same right to it as I do.

Well, I don't take the restroom for a hour and when I use it I will pee first, then leave, then take my stuff, then go in again so there is time for her to use the restroom. And I do make up in my own room. And I take 5-15 mins showers. And if I take a longer session I make sure she isn't home.
She actually told me she wants me to be done with bathroom by 11PM when she returns home and I do, although I prefer to take a shower at 11:30PM actually. She should listen to me too.

What should I do?
I won't be taking the restroom fro a hour to "show her how it feels like" because I don't like being an as*hole and I would be bored in restroom for a hour anyway.
And I can't exactly predict she will be taking the restroom for a hour and use it in advance.

Btw. She told me its not that I need the restroom but the way I am talking I need it. How should I ask for it?
She knows I am autistic, but she forgets.

I have been there before.
I used to live in a house with one bathroom and anywhere from 5-12 people. So there was almost always a wait for it. Also had a house mate that liked to hang out in the bathroom. There was even a joke about it, "oh, that's so and so's room now".

The only suggestion I might make is to let her know that it's making you late for things. Try to find a compromise. If she's going to be in there for an hour, she may need to come out for a minute to let you do what you need to do. Or leave the door unlocked, so if she's showering you can still use the toilet. Maybe do her makeup in her room.
Some kind of compromise.

Call up a construction firm and have them build another restroom.

I had this issue with my roommate. He would spend as much as an hour and a half in there in the morning compared to my 10 minutes. He agreed to telling me before he was going to go in there so I could get in there and do what I had to do first.
