One woman was talking about her dad to me and another person. Somehow she brought up how she can never reveal his true age to anyone.

To that I said, "I have no interest or need for that information."

I've experienced several variations of this theme......people have overestimated their importance in these cases.

Don't worry, I'm sure nobody will find out that her father is over 2600 years old and that he was once Nebuchadnezzar II, King of Babylon. Her secret is safe with me. I won't tell anyone, not even... oh... whoops.

A related conversation misstep is: "Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla, but you can't tell anybody."

With a certain person who habitually does this, I have had to assert that she should have gotten me to promise that in advance, and I probably didn't need to know the information anyway. Drives them crazy!

It's amusing if not downright funny how she thought anyone would care.

Some NTs and certainly not all or even most like to play these games of intrigue. You might know them as drama queens that truly believe their lives are celebrity level interesting.

Or as shortfatbaldugly poster would say precious lil people think they are special.

He's probably a vampire over a thousand years old or a fallen immortal angel who fell in love with a mortal while visiting earth. Who knows.

The torment is too much!!

Some people are nothing but drama queens. They have nothing better to do than spread people's business, play the "I have a secret game", and make up lies about themselves or other people.

If the police knew his real age, they'd arrest him for terrible crimes he committed as a baby.
