In small towns in particular, it seems that a lot of people have extensive histories with each other. It can be hard to navigate the extensive histories that people have with each other especially if you aren't from the town and are autistic. It can be hard to forge friendships when different people you may want to be friends with have been feuding with each other for years. You don't want to get caught in the middle of any feuds. What do you all think?

I used to have friend network in a nearby large city but it got harder for me to keep up with. The small town I'm in now after living in Orlando is quite a drag. I might go back to meet up groups. I don't like small town people either.

I think you are lucky to be surrounded by cats. If a feud erupts, simply spray them with water!

I actually have had to spray my cats with water when they were being naughty.

I like big cities better because they are more diverse and people come and go. You don't have to deal with the same families monopolizing the town for generations and generations.

It really works the best. Eventually, you don't even have to spray them anymore, you can just shake the water bottle and they know to stop. I should start bringing one to work.

...now if I could just figure out how to get her to stop rubbing on the lamp, and my face, and walking on my books when I'm trying to read... =|
