1. You are weird.
2. I hate Twilight.

Linux sucks, or Macs suck. If they're a Linux or Mac user, explaining why just makes them mad. Even if it's true.
Facebook / Myspace, etc. are a waste of time.
*insert stupid cult following TV show* is pointless.

my age group at the moment is 15/16
Things I shouldn't say.

1. Oh look that car number plate says "yeh" and you just said "yeh" at the same time! (un-cool, i said that not long ago and my friend just looked at me like "so?")
2. I'm listening to *insert any old band or classical musician* on my ipod. (once again uncool)
3. I buy clothes because they're comfortable, I don't bother about the fashion (uncool, and very old person-ish)

I have said all three of those things on occasions, LOL. Except instead of old bands, for me it's foreign bands - I tell people what foreign music I have because I think they might find it interesting (they don't).

I am getting slightly sick of hearing about Twilight, too. I liked the movie, but not as much as the other girls in my class did, and not for the same reason. It was good, but seriously overhyped.

I agree it is good I like Jasper/Jackson Rathbone, but I'm not an Edward girl.

My age group 18-24:

1. I like Twilight.
2. Blink 182 is a stupid band
3. I want to have children
4. I'm not drinking tonight.
5. I listen to music from a different genre than what we usually listen to.
6. I'm so over pop punk.

Just from my experience, I don't necessarily think that saying "I like Twilight" isn't all that horrible in the 16-19 age group. Still has its stigma, but remember that most people in that age group have read the books and/or went to the films (the people I know have for certain). But then, I've neither read the books nor went to the films. People I know tend they have a love-hate relationship with Twilight, for the most part.

Things not to say to age 16-20
1. *insert math joke here*
2. *insert obscure musical reference here*
3. Can we stop, think about it, and analyze the end results before we plunge into it?
4. I don't go to parties.
5. I started studying for the exam last week.

13/14

"I got an A* on my science paper, and I hadn't even bothered to revise!"
"Normality is overrated." (Those are big words, allegedly.)
"I don't have Twitter cos I think it's stupid."

Oh those are very very good. Made me lol in real life.

All my friends hate twilight and so do I . Harry Potter all the way!
One of my aspie obsessions is actually cool around my circle of friends.

Twenty-somethings.

1. Drinking and clubbing? You're easily entertained. How the hell can you have a conversation in there anyway?
2. (Girls) Fashion is ridiculous. Doesn't shopping at every opportunity get terribly boring?
3. (Girls) Celebrity culture - Fools marketed to fools.
4. University is for learning, not an excuse to act like a prat and make the institution look bad.
5. Want to hear about my special interest?
6. I'd rather stay home, on the internet or reading than go to parties.
