Hi, I have general anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder.


I know that warm sweat feel with nausea and a hollow chest that’s collapsing in on you feeling well.,,

Anxiety attacks suck. I have them sometimes. People don't understand at all.

Yes I have found that to be irritating at times

Thank you so much for describing the feeling of an anxiety attack! I feel this way a lot of the time and always considered it normal anxiety. No wonder the deep breathing exercises don't help...
