Moving away from East Tennessee

Hello all, I am looking to move away from East Tennessee to a big city with good jobs and a good social life. I am looking for any city that offers everything I am looking for. I am looking for something North or West. Whats your recommendations?

Well, I'm from Chicago and I love my home. There's always plenty to do and great food. The downside is you might be murdered. (Seriously. Crime has gotten ridiculous.)

I live near St. Louis now and I actually really like it. It's not too busy and there's always a lot of events going on. Plus it has one of the biggest free zoo's in America if you're into that sort of thing.

I read that St. Paul, MN is very ASD friendly and has a good public transit system. I've never been there, though.

No matter where you decide to go, make sure you visit beforehand.
