How does anyone that can relate having lots of them; deal with them? Also does anyone else have anxiety and or depression in addition to ASD?

Melt downs happen. My strategy is to go to bed and read until I fall asleep. Repeat until feeling centered again.

Common symptoms of Asperger's.

For me meltdowns have diminished with age, both in frequency and intensity.

Listening to music, watching a film, running, swimming... All good ways to deal. In fact I postulate that water therapy is extremely effective for meltdowns.
