So it's said that people are motivated by self interest and by appealing to this you can be more social. I find it difficult to discover others self interest how do you achieve this. To better communicate with others. And do you think that this is true? I feel like altorisim atleast at a social level has been negative for people on the spectrum.

A skinny smart handsome cisgender neurotypical extrovert white man civil engineer that I had a crush on when I was 21 (36 now), had the nerve to tell me that "you don't care about anyone except yourself!"


It appeared , to him (and even me), that he cared about a lot of precious lil "people". But everyone he cared about was similar to him . And they cared about him vice versa

Not many precious lil "people" care" about me. Not many precious lil "people" are similar to me.

In that method, the skinny smart handsome cisgender neurotypical extrovert white man had a competitive advantage at caring about precious lil "people", relative to me.

What an ass hole. It took me 12 years to figure it out. Time and energy better wasted elsewhere

Also he referred to himself as "people" instead of "I". ("You make people uncomfortable with the way you dress!". ). Correct statement. But everyone makes people uncomfortable with the way they dress. logical fallacy
