I've got social anxiety. Mum's sheltered and I'm voluntarily sheltered too - meaning can't go out past garden. Stepdad takes one walk a day.

She told us she can hear every word we say, every time we shut or open a door, every step. It makes me so anxious that she's listening.

She told mum she hates the dog.

Every time she has a disagreement, she comes out of her house shouting her head off. Every time we remotely make noise in our own house. She keeps shifting the goal posts on it.

She's the only person on the whole street to not clap the NHS.

Neighbours say everyone she lived next to has had the same problems. (we're relatively new here)

It's her, right? Am I right to not like someone like that?

I especially feel like we're targeted cos we're pretty aspie as a family, keep to ourselves, don't have massive social skills or anything like that, stand out etc.

Your neighbor sounds like she’s sort of cuckoo.

Oh yes, especially if other people who have been her neighbors have had the same issues with her, the problem is absolutely her, not you. I would also dislike someone who acted like that.

Yes you are totally right to dislike your neighbour. Sounds like a complete nightmare.
I would try to not give her any reaction but also not be intimidated.
It makes me angry all the people that can't be bothered to clap for the NHS everywhere.
Risking their lives and people can't be bothered to get up and stand by their front door.

Whatever degree of dislike that you are feeling seems perfectly understandable in the circumstances. Your neighbour is exhibiting behaviour that most people would find unpleasant in my view.

I've had neighbors like that.  Making video and audio records of their actions, and then playing them back for the landlords eventually got rid of them when the landlords did not renew their leases.
