Work life and grocery aside:
Did your weekend life change much during the covid lockdown?

No. Other than no grocery store runs or working from home now rather than commuting to and working at the office my life has changed little.

I’ve always got groceries in the week to maximise the number of days I don’t leave the house: no change there.
My wife got bored and redecorated the bedroom and stairwell, so that involved upheaval and heavy lifting, which was stressful: but it’s all back now and looks lovely

Had to disconnect the house phone because all the door-to-door salespeople have suddenly switched to telemarketing.

I can't visit my grandparents anymore. Otherwise my weekends didn't change.

Nothing's really changed for me, either on weekends or on weekdays, since I don't have a job. The only differences are that my dad and brother are working from home (mom works in a high school building that's closed for the rest of the school year, so with that and summer break, she probably won't have work until August, but I think she said she's still getting paid), my mom can't always find everything she's looking for at the grocery store so we sometimes have to make do with brands we aren't accustomed to or entirely without things that aren't absolute necessities, and my family is not going out to eat occasionally like we usually do (though we do get takeout sometimes). It just makes every day seem like a weekend, since everyone's home.

It's just one long weekend now. I rather like it.

It's all the same to me. I never know what day it is, and I often forget seasons too. Even in summer I sometimes think it's winter because I'm inside and lose track. Today I thought it was autumn for a moment.

Calendars are largely irrelevant in my life.

i have no weekend life, but shopping-saturday is quite calm now
mostly outdoors on my own, or some other human in a distance
a bit boring you can't talk to none other then the nextdoor hub
he's a killer with words and being ** all the time is very unamusing

Frankly; working from home for about a month was the best thing ever happened to me; I loved it, and my productivity wasn't affected at all (I am a developer).
Probably because I don't like my top management's attitude; they just talk with little contribution to the projects.

I will miss it, since it seem they will re-open office on monday.

Not much has changed, other than I cant visit my mum or go further than 2k from my house when exercising.

I can go as far as I want—as long as I wear a mask and keep to social-distancing rules. There is no police enforcement....at least in my area.

It’ll be at least three weeks before they open my first job. Probably till August for my second job.
