Does anyone else get really scared when reading ToS/CG?

Whenever I read terms of service or community guidelines on websites, I always get really scared that I might mess up without knowing what I did and then get sniped by an Admin or something - especially if the ToS or Community Guidelines says "we reserve the right to remove a member with or without warning." And if the document is really long and therefore has a lot of rules and restrictions.

Does anyone else here experience this? If so, feel free to explain!

Yeah, I know what you mean. There's a bit of anxiety from the idea that you'll forget a rule and mess up, and also a bit of defiance if the TOS has a lot of niche "BS" rules. I wish I had a good example, but you know it when you see it. Or maybe, I'm just imagining that a lot of TOS are full of arbitrary stuff, and I'm actually just defiant. :p Either way.

In a forum that's divided into subject categories like Wrong Planet is, usually there's a sub-forum devoted to discussion about the forum itself. (In Wrong Planet's case, that would be WrongPlanet.net discussion.) There, you can ask questions about any rule you don't understand.

Don't assume that a rule is just "B.S." if it doesn't immediately make sense to you. Behind any such rule, there might be a history that you are unaware of.

No, because I've made peace with my tendency to break rules and I'm generally prepared to deal with whatever consequences result from those actions.

Whenever I post to a new subreddit I just assume the post is going to be deleted due to some admin overreach that I can't predict. Because that's what always happens.
