I have been realizing that by hiding myself and interests, I look like I am in the uncanny valley and I am a robot. However, sometimes I am not opening too much. I teased coworkers a little bit, I talked a little bit about nootropics, and video games, but other topics seem hidden below the surface and also I don't want people to know what I do or don't have, so I need to be careful. I am trying to feel out more topics, but it is slow.
Also I realized with Jung that many peoples have shadows, so I need to be content with myself and not to run towards people, otherwise that can be seen as a weakness.
Have any of you ever tried opening up slowly?
