This is really helpful because I have been working on letting go of some grudges.

For instance, I have carried grudges against a few women who I was friends with at some point because my expectations did not get met. I also felt like they both broke the rules of friendship with me which the article talked about.

I will admit that I have been working on letting a friend go who dumped me 11 years ago. However, I have been holding it against her because she I feel like she seemed to enjoy hurting me by holding things over me when she got things and I didn't.

However are there some articles that can help with that?
