I've been thinking of putting a sign on my apt door that says "justin's place" and underneath it i would have the URL to my myspace profile. I wonder if the other tenants in my apt building would notice it, want to check out my myspace and then sent me a friend request.

Unless a lot of people walk by your door, I don't think anybody will notice. On the other hand.... who knows? I hope you find good friends.

I don't think it's a good idea. After many years of bullying, the last thing I'd want to do is provide information for people to somehow connect my online profile to where I live. But your experience may have been different, so do what your best judgment says you should do.

I live in an apt. building. there are 6 apts in my building. the only people that walk by my door is the people that live in the 4 of the other apts.

Hmmm... I would have to agree with this poster. I've had bad experiences with neighbors before, and there is nothing worse (especially for an aspie!) than feeling awkward at home. It's just torturous, and you're really stuck with those people until you or they move. Your page is very cool, though. Why not try to connect with people online first, and meet in person? Maybe try some of the ads on craigslist.org?
