I can only speak for myself being a male but I'm just trying to think. Do you ever feel that you have an Inner Child that needs to be set free but you feel like your trapped by sociaty and misunderstanding? I have some friends that I'm going to teach them how to be free. Any suggestions?

I do not understand the concept of having an "inner child". Would you explain a little what you mean by that term?

I lost my inner child.
It was taken from me a long time ago.

I don't think you can loose your inner child, I think you can suppress it though. Even more important to try and find it and set it free...

I do a lot of childlike things :) and it is fun. I hope I never stop doing that. It makes me happy.

I totally agree and that's exactly what I want to teach them, to have spontanous fun. Release the Inner Child within. ;)

Is the Inner Child theory a way to be spontaneously free?

Yes, actually I try to let my inner child out as much as I can and I will never let go of it either. I suppose I can act like an adult on the outside (sometimes) but inside I'm still a kid.
