How do you tell someone in a nice that they have offended you? I don't want to rage at them, (even though I really do feel it), I still want to keep the peace. And also, even if they say "no offense", but I do take offense.

I say something like, "I don't appreciate what you just said/done to me." It's probably the nicest way that I can think of without telling them how I really feel.
