I get facinations with people all the time, up to the point when the only thing that matters is getting to know them ect.

If it doesn't work out the way I want, it's the end of the world.

I understand what you mean, about certain features on a person.

I have yet to pin point these on the people I get facinated with.

My god that's hilarious.

That's the sort of thing I would look for, or say.

I realized not long ago that almost every one I have ever been involved with looks very similar. I hadn't really ever given it much thought, but my fiance actually noticed it when we were going through some old pictures. He and most of my ex relationships look like they could be related. It was kind of weird to realize that.

Rather than obsessions with TV shows or movies (etc.), I get obsessed with people. I prefer the term infatuation, as it's always an attractive girl I know. I'm amazingly close to dating one right now. :D

Fascinating story, you seem to have gotten the feeling i get when i read an outstandingly interesting quote from a book. That whoever wrote it has an insight into the matrix of the universe or something. I like it but it is hard to judge the book objectivly afterwards.

He was a mystery to me that I wanted to fathom. I had a sense that no matter what he was like, I would like him. He might be depressing, he might be funny. He might be stupid, he might be clever. He might be wise, he might be foolish. No matter what, though, I think I was sure I'd like him.

This is interesting because most people intimidate me. I am not usually certain I want to talk to someone. Even more interesting is that I hardly ever am confident that I would want to talk to a male but in this case he was special. Maybe it's because he looked like a big teddy bear - cuddly, friendly, harmless. Or maybe I was attracted to him because he appeared to have low self-esteem or suffer from depression.

Maybe you were attracted to him because he reminded you of you?

Does the sarcasm mean that you are unhappy or angry?

What I said is a very common psychological principle that applies to all people, whatever color, whatever nationality, whatever sex.

People are interested in things they like or things that remind them of themselves. If they can figure out someone who looks or acts like them, they simultaneously figured out why they themselves act and think the way they do.

If the comparison makes you unhappy, maybe you should not have described that man as a loser etc etc. What goes around, comes around.

I've got numerous videos of Joss Stone - live performances, interviews, etc. I am ABSOLUTELY fascinated by her.

She's performing in London on 22 december - I'm gonna be there.

If the lady I'll be taking even breathes one word of criticism of Joss ....

I'm 63

She's "sexy", got an amazing voice, etc., - but its her PERSONALITY that has me in awe.
