Is there a way of making Facebook look less DULL ?

I would like to give my Facebook site a bit of colour even if it's just a background picture of Incubus .... any ideas ?

The Facebook layout is so bland and boring IMHO.

Its not My Space, so you can't change the backround, it is a little bland looking, but it doesn't have the an unusable interface like my space

Agree though I use both them anyway lol.

i'm glad it's got a plain interface. if they let people have the freedom that myspace has i'll probably have to leave because i can't stand myspace.

Given what I've seen on myspace, the standard look and feel of facebook is probably a relief.

HOWEVER....

You can include feeds from your Picassa albums or, I presume Flickr.

And... you can include EXPRESSIONS LAYOUTS

Applications. There's music, fluff etc. A friend of mine has a virtual petting zoo. Some people have a "friend block" which makes a collage of friends' pictures.

Facebook's user interface is SO much better than that of myspace.

I ADDED an application called Impressions - it says it's installed on my Facebook BUT doesn't APPEAR anywhere ! ?

Same goes for an application called THEMES .... says it's installed but flamon' sign of it on my page ! !??

HELP ! !

Regarding Impressions....

I was confused about it at first too... but then I scrolled down in my profile.

The expressions picture appears in the left hand panel of your facebook (but not the extreme left sadly..). You have to scroll down to find it and then you can drag it upwards.

It's not perfect - and not as good as I was expecting.
