I rarely leave either, every once in a while I want to, but if I am in too long I start to get anxiety about the thought of leaving. I try to go SOMEWHERE about once a week, normally church, so I don't get to that point.

Really frustrating when you want to go out or you NEED something from the store and can't make yourself go out without having an anxiety attack.

Im like you, i dont like to leave. I usually play xbox, or computer or watch TV or something like that. I go to the community centre every week on thursday, so maybe you could find something like that and visit there.

Me too, I rarely leave the house these days...

If I need some fresh air or some sun, I'll just go in my back yard.

I leave the house often, I feel like sitting in the jail if I must be at home. Nevertheless my solitary outdoor activities are the only reason why to go out.

Me too, well school. When I have been home alone for so long, it takes 2-3 weeks for me to get used to having people around me again.

I'm the opposite, I leave the house as much as I can and am pretty much only there when I have to be.

Yeah, I don't leave the house often either, but sometimes I feel like I'm wasting away in here. There's no point to going outside though for me.

Same. There's no point in going outside. I have everything I ever need in my little study room.

There's nothing wrong with staying indoors myself i have had bad experiences with people also i've been beaten before that's why i don't go out. People just use me they only talk when they want something i do not trust anyone.

Same here, although my parents have picked up on it and I am undiagnosed, making for an increasingly arkward situation
