does anyone else feel this way?
just can't find anyone who is capable of understanding things about life that are basic to me and therefore cannot connect with them.

No one is too smart for friends. We’re all human after all.

I’ve had friendships with people who had Down Syndrome and low IQs.

Yeah, but that's same level.

True. Apart from IQ, they were superior in most aspects.

well, i'd say lots of people over here are pretty smart.

as for real life, i have friends who are less smart than me - at least if we are talking IQ wise - that limits the conversations we can have because they want to talk about their personal life more and that's a bit boring to me. still, if they are kind and loyal people i will value that and i can learn from them to be better at communicating with others. i also know im not their n1 choice of people they want to hang out n thats ok.

it certainly seems like I'm brilliant to me, though I kind of hate myself for thinking that. I definitely don't want to think that everyone around me is essentially cannon fodder but that's how it seems.

I'm trying to stop wasting my time on people who are unaware that their existence results in a net loss of biological value but then I'm just completely alone again. As always, I was hoping to find someone here who has something unexpected and interesting to say. As always, it seems I was hoping for too much.

You crack me up

Seems you are the kind of person who only likes to hear the things you want to hear. Good luck with that. You'll need it.

You have no idea, but I'm glad if it made you laugh. I crack myself up too.

Perhaps you could tell us exactly what you want to hear.
