I hear its a great game with an original setting and characters

I believe you can download it on the XBox Live Originals service - assuming you have a 360, that is. It's available on Steam (www.steampowered.com) for PC, and probably from Ebay or EBGames if you want a disc copy.

Am have seen it in the second hand section in GAME often even though it's a rare game,check out EB [US equivilent] -am assuming they do a second hand section.

It's available on gametap for FREE at the moment, all you need to do is register for a free account and then download it using the gametap interface. If you actually want a boxed copy however, I really don't know much about the availability of the game in the USA, but it proved easy to find in the UK, I bought a brand new copy from a website for a mere £2.75. Perhaps search with froogle or some other price search website? Here's the link to the gametap page if you're interested.
