'Faultline' appears to be about someone who died in a building collapse, 'Israel's Son' is about wanting someone dead, Shade appears to be about a victim of abuse...
But for the most part you're not far off. They do seem a bit vague.
Nirvana were well known for vague lyrics - hence why Weird Al wrote "Sounds Like Nirvana".
