three work requirements?!

I need these for the job I'm applying at, what if I've only held one job?!

They say three are required. Oi vey...

Do you mean there's 3 places on the application? If you only have one previous position, just put it in the top slot and leave the other two blank.

OR list volunteer positions making clear they were vounteer. Voluentere positions require just as much effort as paid ones.

OR list positions head in school groups...same thing....highlight the work involved.
