Anybody read Lamb by Christopher Moore? I just finished. I'm curious about one thing, without getting into a religious debate:
Did any non-Christians who read this book feel like they had their heart ripped out of their chest at the end of it? I'm wondering if the merit of the book lies within the book or within a belief system.
((I'm not trying to convert anyone- but I'd reccommend this book to pretty much anyone. Imagine one of the gospels from the Bible written in first person by Douglas Adams and you've got this book. Up until the gut-wrenching end it's a fun read- beyond that you can't put the thing down, which is also good.))

Allo Serissa..
The book sounds interesting. Have you read Anne Rice's new one? Christ the Lord. It is excellent! A first person account of him starting at 7 years old.

From what I gathered in her intro... I think she is changing her genre...It is one of those books you don't want to finish ... I have been procrastinating finishing it...
