I want a roleplaying game where you are a schizophrenic(perhaps you dont know this) and you have to do something and all the while s**t happens you need to figure out if it is a part of your mind or reality.

That sounds pretty cool, actually, but it would be tough to do without making scizophrenics seem entirely dangerous. Perhaps if you took medications you could "see" what was real and what wasn't but it would only last so long? ((I'm only half-joking about that, it seems more viable the more I think of it.))

Now an ASPIE video game... I think it would randomly zoom in on pointless things, you'd take damage if you encountered a tactile aversino, and your charisma would be unspeakably low. :P

there already is one if not more. call of cthulu. insanity vs the invisible monster that really does exist. comes complete with asylums and mental status exams....
if you prefer ccgs then there is mythos - same thing, lovecraft, only less emphasis on the idea that everyone but you thinks you are crazy.
but a game with blurred reality and no monsters would be insidiously entertaining.

Hell yeah. Especially Call of Cthulu LARP... :D :D :D Played it in college. Love it. I would walk around stimming like crazy and simulating full meltdown, and all I got at the end was another player telling me what a great actor I was, "that was so real it was scary..."

LOVE IT.
