This first stanza tells me that the value of humans is over rated. Most people are ordinary and they don't really matter in the grander scheme of things. Human life is not priceless. But people can't deal with that emotionally so they think it to be inhumane to say so. Thats the difference between truth and illusion.
On the second stanza I start to get confused. "you created the world. everything you see is deception." If everything the creator sees is deception then how did he create the world? A creator of worlds needs to have a firm grip on reality. Don't you think?
