Right, the reasoning behind this is that I want to find how many people like different foods. I am personally addicted to Jacket Potato and Cheese and also Spagghetti Bolognaise.

I am also interested about whethere the reason I am addicted to eating spagghetti/pasta raw and cooked is to do with Cassien or Gluten.

Anyone have any ideas?

I only like ready salted crisps or at least that's all I 'm allowed. Because I'm probably llergic to casein I only like pasta in a vegetable sauce or plain potato which is rare. I love chocolate and used to be addicted to strawberry milkshakes.

I love both pasta with something and potatoes with something. Italian food is my favourite but then I love Jacket potatoes with loads of cheese or cottage cheese on them, big yum!! !

Meat good!
Ice cream, and all the other sweet stuffs.
I really like fish(yes, that's meat; no, I don't care.)
I really like pasta, too. That and all other carbs.

That is a very interesting point to bring up. I have a non-mild aspie roommate who will only eat pasta and meat. I also have a HFA friend who is on the gluten-free diet and it has worked wonders with him. Truly amazing.

Personally, I chose 'meat' from the list, because it's the healthiest option in my opinion. I try to eat skin-free chicken and fish and try avoid the red meat when I can, but I am maybe a little nutty about health foods in general. I could go on for a while, but this isn't about general healthy eating. ^^;

Right now I'm on the "whatever I feel like, as long as it isn't junk" diet.

Typical foods:
Split pea soup
Pasta /w sauce, ground beef, and olive oil
Lentils
Shredded Wheat /w whole milk (I'm very compulsive on this item. I eat it nearly every morning)
Steak (marinated with delicious delicious whiskey (only cheap stuff, as even bottom-shelf bourbons work well for marinades)
Multi-grain bread
Salads
Vegetables
Fresh fruit (absolutely nothing canned)
Eggs
Cheese
Fish
Cottage cheese

Allowed "junk":
Dark chocolate (85% cocoa if possible, but 70% if not available)
Beer and Scotch (though only 1-2 a week, or less)

What is forbidden:
High-fructose corn syurp
Deep fried anything
Soft drinks (even diet)
Most refined sugars
Pre-prepared foods

I've lost about 25 pounds on it so far.

I like all pastas. I especially like them with cheese but I'm lactose intolerant so if I eat much dairy products I get deathly ill.

I love pasta with meat and sauce, but I also love meat; so I put pasta with meat/sauce. Chocolate would have to be one of my favorite desserts as well, or a good snack once in awhile (though in moderation of course!). I also like eating ethnic foods instead of just the same kinds of foods that I eat each day, although I tend to eat some of the same things; don't we all? When I was little I used to be picky about what I ate, but now I'm not very picky; I love trying out new foods now.
