NC has lots of great schools and teams. I visited Duke while at Michigan in 1968 and saw them kill Temple at a home BB game.

PS: what about spring sports. In Tucson, the favorite sport of the spring is girl's softball. We refer to former pitcher, Jennie Finch as "Anna Kournikova with game." I have to admit Anna is sexier but Jennie is awesome in person. Hard to miss those legs on campus!

When I grew up, the White Sox were perennially second-place to the Yankees. I met Ernie Banks at an autism fundraiser in L.A. but he was a Cub. Maybe the Cubs will break the curse of the goat this year.

Spring Sports eh? NFL Europe baby! Gotta love those Sea Devils, sad that the Claymores were closed down though.

ok, I took my Madden NFL 2005 game 4 my Game Cube, put the diffcultiy level on "All Madden," and took the Scotish Claymore's from last year (2-8) and totally wiped out the Frankfurt Galaxy (last years NFL Europe World Bowl Champions) with a score of 21-2
