It really depends what kind of style you want to draw. Here is a decent site for anime/manga style drawing. If you google search "drawing tutorial", see what you come up with. You may have to edit your seach.

If you cannot find anything, practice drawing what you see. It is good to start with simpler objects, like a can of soup (cylinder) or a baseball (sphere) to work on shape and shading with those objects. Hands are also good objects to practice drawing, especially if you are into the realistic style.

Once you have got the basics down, practice drawing anything you see. If a tree looks intersting, try drawing the tree. Get a sibling or a friend to pose in different (natural) positions and draw them. Draw cars or bicycles and different animals. If you are willing to spend a little bit of money, there are some decent drawing books in stores. "How to Draw 50 _____" books are good, though generally not for people who are just beginning.

The most important thing with drawing is to practice.

Best
site
ever

and if you want some inspiration:
illustrationmundo.com
drawn.ca

But the only advice that has worked for me is:

sketch
and then sketch some more

I have some books, if you're interested send me a PM
