It works for anxiety and depression and a better outlook it seems.


Of course you have to help yourself in other ways also.

Yeah, it's been proven to help. Just make sure to list it as one of your medications when you go see your doctor because it interacts with quite a few prescription drugs.

I've been taking it semi-regularly for a few years now. Switching from persciptions to this herb was the best move I could've made.

Yeah, well, that's up to you. If you ever do need to go on medication later down the line, it's a good idea to disclose it.

St. John's Wort has made me irritable and has done very little for my anxiety. Plus it gave me strange dreams. This was my experience, anyway.
