Since Anger mangement is a mental health problem can i have some good anger management tips because i feel me being on the spectrum makes me to prone to fustration and losing my temper quickly.

Also if your exposed to do something which makes you angry how can you control the anger?

the old traditional standbys of counting to ten, taking deep breaths, remembering the golden rule, remembering not to stoop to the level of the troublesome troublemakers who tried their best to get my goat.

it is a very good theme for everyone to study

the proper title is FEELING MANAGEMENT

feelings are like the weather
and
they are as unstoppable

how we respond to feelings
is something we can learn to do

extending response time to events
by going calmly with.. and breathing

got much more.... but tired of typing
