Depending on the location of the scars (mine are on my left forearm and shoulder), most don't notice since they're slowly fading away with time. However I use Palmers Vitamin E, but really wanna try Bio-Oil (I heard it works wonders!! !)

Before my parents found out when I was 16, I hid them by wearing long sleeves even when it was rather warm out or in my case blamed my dog since he was a puppy back then.

Good luck!!

I use to have over a hundred scars on both my legs combined I started worrying about what other people and my neices and nephews would think. So I found myself in the same predicament. Here is what I did.

COCOA butter, this will definitely help a lot with the scars.
A&D ointment.
Lubiderm lotion (non-scented).
Also petroleum jelly not too much or it will get really nasty and sticky.
(mix petroleum jelly with the A&D)
Find a liquid shower soap with cocoa butter.

If you stay dedicated to this technique I promise you with time they will start to fade and look better.(:
I originally was only going to use this method for stretch marks but I figured if it works for stretch marks it should work for scars. I only use the A&D and lubiderm because it is the same thing I use for my tattoos because they don't scar if you use it. I promise you, this worked for me, it should work for you as well.(:
