Hello,
You might have any number of 'issues'. Such could range from mild to severe, temporary to chronic, singular or multiple. Frankly, no one here can diagnose you and you shouldn't allow anyone here to do so.
Firstly, how is it that the psychiatrist led to poor results? Were you given any advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, anything? Were you supposed to follow up with them? Did you if you were?
You do have the right to assess your own situation, through research, but that assessment is not an acceptable substitute for professional analysis and therapy. Given that you already know some of your underlying conditions and symptoms - "abused as a child", "have obsession problems", "depression which still continues" - you may have a starting point. There are numerous online psychology resources, mental health sites and good old Wikipedia, where you can read about different disorders and conditions. Doing such research MAY help you to discern in which direction it is best to proceed, as you compare your readings to your own experience and symptoms. When you have done such 'footwork', you should then take your findings/insights to a professional for help in obtaining a more complete understanding, any available therapies and possible resolution.
