A little something I wrote just now. Meant to do it for a while now, and I decided to post it here since the writer, Kipo, is on the Spectrum. In my story she writes this for an English assignment.

My Morning Routine

Early in the morning I am usually dreaming. I like dreaming sometimes as I can do things I could not usually do in the real world, such as flying and doing everything that I would like to do without having my mother yell at me. I usually wake up at around 6:27am to 7:45am. If I wake up early enough, I will lie in my bed and think. I do not know what I think about, but I like thinking, especially when I am in my room because I am in my own little world where nobody else can go, and I like that.

Frequently I will get up, turn on my desk lamp, and play with one of my magnet toys. I like magnets a lot, because they attract to each other and can be hard to separate, like Clarene and Robijn, and they also can be repelled and be hard to put together, like Jazza and Robijn. I will usually do this until my mother calls to say breakfast is ready, which is usually around the time frame of 7:45 to 7:52. I will then take note of this finish off playing with my magnet toy. Often, my mother has to come back in to tell me that breakfast is ready again (although I do not mean this in the sense that she made another meal for me), but I do not like this because she yells at me.

When I am at the table, I do not feel very comfortable because the building where I live is always covered by the shade of the surrounding buildings, and so my mother turns on the spotlights, and I do not like this because the spotlights can be blinding, and I get uncomfortable in the heat. I look around a lot while I am eating breakfast, because I like to observe my surroundings even though I may have been there many times before.

After I finish my breakfast, I will go back into my room to get dressed. I need my dad’s help to put on my T-shirt as I am not strong enough to stretch the elastic enough to pull it over my head. I like my dad because he is very kind and is always there for me if I need him.

After this, I pack my bag to get ready for school. I pack it with the school books I will need for that school day, as well as with my lunchbox and drink bottle. I would like to fill my lunchbox with sweets and my drink bottle with soda, but when I tried to do that last year I got into trouble and mother yelled at me, and I did not like that so I do not do that anymore.

Then I will say goodbye and go to either Robijn’s or Clarene’s house. I like Clarene too because she looks after me during the times my dad cannot. I will knock on the door and be let inside, and I will stand in the porch until either Clarene or Robijn comes and takes me to school. On the way to school we will go through Kingsite, the Ayton Station. I like Kingsite because of all the Aytons that stop by there, because they use magnets to stay above the ground and propel themselves forward or backward along the track to their destination. Martyr used to meet us there but he found a shortcut to get to school by going through the old bypass construction site. Clarene usually lets me stay there a little bit longer than Robijn does because she knows how much I like Aytons.

After that we make our way to school and ‘hang out’ at the third Rito tree to the right if you walk to the gardens by using the main entrance. There I will usually keep to myself while Martyr, Clarene, Robijn and Jazza talk. After that the bell rings and I will go to class.

Thats cool. some of her morning rutine sounds like mine (waking up early to think )
also playing in the morning (switch magnets for videogames and monorail/train set)
are you going to do the rest of her day too?

I read your storys and I think it would be cool to know more about the characters. So yes, sequal.

My Afternoon Routine

When I get to my classroom in S30B, I sit at my desk next to the window besides Clarene and be quiet. I be quiet because that is what I am told to do, but I do say ‘Here’ when my name is called out in the roll. Sometimes this can be a bit hard though, because sometimes my teacher will use my full name, Kipohan, and I will not pick it up, and I get in trouble if I do not answer. I like sitting next to the window because I can stare outside into the city and imagine things, like the city at night or a monster attacking.

The rest of my school day varies because the timetable is different for each day, but I like it because while it is different for each day, every time the routine is the same so I always know what I have next so long as I know what the day is. My favourite subject is Mathematics because I am good at it, and I am better in Mathematics than all the other students. However, every year or so we study magnets in Science, and then Science becomes my favourite subject because I like magnets and each year I get to learn more about them.

My least favourite subject is Physical Education. It is my least favourite subject because I am not very strong and I do not have a high amount of energy, so I get exhausted quickly and get talked to when I fall behind, and I do not like being talked to by my Physical Education teacher because I feel awkward around him.

I also take Betalpha, Drama and Art as subjects. I do not like nor dislike these subjects. What I do not dislike is Grodin. He is a mean student at my school who bullies the other students. I have been bullied by him many times. The first time, on my first day at my school after I had switched, Grodin was teasing Robijn about how her feet were small so she had to wear shoes. I did not know Robijn at the time, but I said ‘That is not a very nice thing to do.’ and Grodin asked why and I said that it was because it made her feel unhappy. Then Grodin started to yell at me really loudly and I did not like it, and then Grodin bullied me about me not liking loud noises. Robijn and Clarene, who also did not know at the time, defended me and Grodin went away, and so now I stay near Robijn and Clarene and Martyr and Jazza because I know that I can be safe around them.

For Lunch I will sit at the Rito tree with Clarene, Martyr, Robijn and Jazza and eat and drink there. I will usually have a sandwich, a kind of fruit, a museli bar and some vegetables, but sometimes my mother puts in something different, and I do not like this because I like it when I know what I will eat for the day. I like my juice the best because it tastes sweet and nice and it makes me feel happy.

At the end of the day I walk home with Clarene or Robijn. Often I will go over to Clarene’s house and play with her, but I go to Clarene’s house much more often than when she comes over to stay at mine.

When I come home I will unpack my bag and books and then I will go into my room and play with my magnet toys until dinner is ready. My mother often complains to me that I spend too much time in my room by myself, but I do not want to not do that because I like being by myself and I can feel tired in my brain after school.

My Nighttime Routine

After I have been in my room and on my own for a while my mother will call to me to say I have to wash my hands and come to dinner because it is ready. Usually it becomes similar to breakfast where my mother has to call to me again, but she yells so I hurry up because I do not want my mother to yell at me because she can be very loud when angry and I do not like loud noises.

I like dinner times because my dad always has a certain meal on a certain day, like my school timetable, so I always know what meal we’re having, and that makes me feel better than when I do not know, like when I went camping one time and dad forgot to bring some food. My mother and dad usually talk to each other while I keep to myself and think and look around, like during breakfast.

Once I am done, I put my plate, cutlery and cup in the kitchen and go to my room. I am supposed to do homework straight after dinner, but I like to play for a little bit before I do. My mother constantly tells me to do my homework earlier and in the afternoon, but I prefer to do it at night. When mother is not around, such as one time when she had to go to a meeting, Dad will let me start later, and I like that. My dad will usually come in and remind me to do my homework, but he does not intimidate me like mother does because his voice if soft and soothing, and I like it.

Once I finish my homework, I play some more until it is time to go to bed. Dad will help my put my pajamas on, and then I will brush my teeth. I like brushing my teeth because the flavour feels nice in my mouth. I will then say goodnight to my mother and dad, and then go to bed and go to sleep. If I forget to say goodnight, mother will come in and say ‘goodnight’, but dad tucks me in to bed, and I like that. And then I fall asleep and dream.

thats good. Its always good to know more about the characters in a story because it makes the story seem more real.

I'll have to release this stuff as special features someday!
