Ok, so the next song isn't a romantic type of love song. It was a song Brett aka. the singer/song writer in the band Suede, wrote for his mom when she was dying/died of cancer:

This song has always reminded me of my unrequited love interest from when I was younger, who I never really got over. The second verse hits especially hard:

Anyway, lately I am totally obsessed with "Wings" by Birdy. The heartwarming chorus, the angelic vocals and the very romantic lyrics during the chorus all just come together at the right time. "In the moment we're lost and found. I just wanna be by your side" -- simple but so touching and powerful. The video shows flares lighting up the skies, as if the love between two people can literally illuminate the sky. To me the song has a feeling like: just wanting to be together, forgetting about the rest of the world, feel pure bliss flowing through your veins purely because you're with the one you love. I would love to have this song playing on the background during my first kiss.

Also, I adore the song Breña by A Perfect Circle. To call your lover "My reflection" goes very very deep. Almost saying you have so much in common that you see each other's personalities reflect in each other.
