I'm still hoping that phil spector will see the light and finally approve release of the stereo version of his famous Christmas album.

None of these are being made as far as I know, but I would like to see:

- An official remastered version of Metallica's "Death Magnetic", done in such a way that it's not all compressed and distorted to hell and back.
- Remastered versions of Billy Talent's first two albums that give the instruments more breathing room, and don't sound like low-bitrate MP3s.
- Official remasters of Metallica's first four albums with the bass guitar given much more emphasis, so you can actually hear Cliff Burton and Jason Newstead's amazing playing
- A complete collection of Nirvana's demos, outtakes, recorded live performances, and non-album tracks

I'm waiting for the new studio and live albums from PUSA.

These guys are so under appreciated. I'm glad there's stuff like pledgemusic.com to allow fans to more directly support artists.

For the moment, I'm actually looking forward to any possible output by a couple of female R&B singers who are widely considered 'one-hit wonders':

-JoJo ('Leave (Get Out)', 2004) has just been released from her contract with Blackground records, and has found a new label that will maybe grant her more opportunities to record the stuff she wants to record.

-Stacie Orrico ('Stuck', 2003) has recently returned to the world of music, performed a short acoustic session that was streamed live in November, and should be releasing a new album this spring or summer.

-Ameriie ('1 Thing', 2005) has been working on her 'Cymatika' project for quite some time now, and appears to be making headway with that, so, who knows?

Aside from that, the original Sugababes have reunited under the moniker 'Mutya Keisha Siobhan', and I'm wondering if that's gonna go anywhere this year. Their live performances last fall have been fun overall, so I'd gladly see them make their grand comeback.

I'm looking forward to Katy B's Little Red and MØ's No Mythologies to Follow. There are others I'm looking forward to, but these are have set release dates.

I haven’t yet looked much to the coming releases, but I have awaited and pre-ordered Brad Mehldau’s and Mark Guiliana’s Mehliana that is just about coming out.

Not shaping up to be much of a year for music since almost all of my favorites had new releases last year. Therapy? is releasing a deluxe version of Troublegum, I suppose I will have to see how much they add to it. I am looking forward to 2015 as that should be the next phase in the 2 year cycle.
