Suggestions for character name

I need a name for a character. She is a young female angel, kind hearted yet fearless, obedient yet rebellious just enough to make her a tease and she?s incredibly powerful as at the age of 1 she rules what's 'left' of heaven following everything that happens. So I need a cute approachable name but also one that hints to her strength and independence. Ideas?

Sidenote angels do not age in my story like humans do so she 'appears' to be about 12-13 years old physically.
