Should I take notes when reading, even if it's for pleasure? How?

Do you keep a diary? You could write your thoughts there. If the book belongs to you, you could write over the pages with a biro or pencil. Another thought is that you could write a review in the Goodreads web site or application. Otherwise, don't worry about it. Just enjoy the book and leave it at that.
