So, this is the first summer I've taken off since going back to school.

In theory, I didn't schedule any classes because I might need to get more spinal surgery and I'll need to do it before starting my new internship this fall. However, I'm hoping that the docs will look at my MRI and tell me I won't need another surgery (for a while).

If that happens, I plan to spend the summer riding my recumbent on the new local trail system, practicing guitar (I just got a new Zager acoustic) and boning up on my Spanish (I still need to take intermediate Spanish sometime in the coming year).

:D

I'm thinking of taking a bunch of sh***y online classes just so I can get some credits fast enough not to get any hangups and to come in handy to help me transfer... but it might turn out to be a bad idea since I really want to just study my own stuff even though the online classes here are a joke, just write easy essay and easy online test... but it would be the first time I've actually gone to school over the summer (not counting the summer school I had in preschool and... well, that one summer that my foster parent made me attend summer school just cause at the school in the new neighborhood we moved to before the year was even finished at my old school that I loved better...
