Often. Sometimes the 'voting' involved a bit of
bloodshed first. At least one pirate (Bonnet, I think)
purchased his ship to go pirating. Got a mutiny out
of it.

I’m wondering
are we space pirates wandering the void
or are we waterborne wooden men the innocent avoid
I’m just wondering
do I need my zero g star ship cleaning kit
or nothing but my mop and a body that’s somewhat fit
this does matter
‘cause winds are much different to antimatter
and in the interest of fairness
I’d hate to wear armour that nullifies the power that archaic rifles harness
