What do you guys think of Mo Willems The book writer?

I think he is awesome. My son love the pigeon books as well as the elephant and piggy books. What i like about them is that he draws with a black crayon, has great expressions and overall just great kids books. I would like to take my son to see the tribute to his work that is going on this summer (i think it is in NY if my memory serves me right) but there is too much going on.
