I'm getting a breast reduction and I'm so worried they'll come in with either one being to small or one being to big. The scars also bother me too. I won't even be able to see my breasts for the most part except for when I shower however the scars I'm going to have scare me. The creams I'm going to use should fix that problem.

I really want this surgery and have every since my breast started to grow. I knew that they would be to much for me because I developed rather early and then never really stopped growing until I was in my senior year.

The main reason's I'm doing this is because I've wanted this all along and my spine is starting to curve from the pressure. Plus a whole other list of other medical reasons.

I guess what I wanted to ask is if anyone knows someone who regretted doing the surgery? I've heard nothing but positive things but I'm starting to really worry now.

Thank you.

My step-mother had reduction surgery because the weight was causing her a lot of back pain. She is almost 90 now and going strong still!

I had breast reduction. I'm 5'2 and was a E or G and was brought down to a large C. You will not regret it. The scars bothered me at first but after sometime they won't bother you.

My spine was curving too. The worst part about the after surgery is drains. Mine were...well...it was disgusting.

My wake up call was when I started getting unnecessary attention from men and my shirts were very unflattering.

My best advice before surgery is bring a stuffed animal. When you get to the waiting room hug it as much as you can. That was what I did. Bring something calming to have with you.

Good luck. If you need someone to talk to I'm here :)

I just wanted to thank everyone for their encouragements. The surgery went without a hitch!
