I'm supportive of other people's religions, but I don't practice/believe in one myself.

I am undiagnosed, but have had suspicions of ASD since I was 11. I am also an Atheist. Unfortunately, I go to a Christian school. I also am not a hypocrite, so my religious views are widely known in my school. My Christian Education teacher also knows.

I think I'm definitely an atheist although could be classified as an agnostic. I personally don't have any probable clues if divine exists or not, but almost always seems that doesn't.

Greetings. I am an atheist for sure, but have found myself to specifically be a secular humanist, a sub-type for my atheism.

i like to think about metaphysics sometimes, but, well, that's it. i see religion as an anthropological phenomenon. i don't care either way about god, just as i don't care either way about the color of dark matter. and if that sounds like a loaded statement, it's because it is :). just don't try to proselytize me, and we're all good. that's how i see it. i was raised catholic anyway

if i ever had children (not gonna happen), i would want them to have some contact with religion. it doesn't matter which, as long as it's not fundamentalist. i never believed in santa (and was never expected to), but i did believe in god, so there's that . i think the exposure and even the magical belief is good for children in several ways

Hey, just wondering how many Aspies are atheist. This isn't a jab at Christians, Muslims, or anyone else. I was just wondering how common it is.

I'm atheist. Well technically I'm Buddhist, but were basically just peaceful atheist that believe in reincarnation. It counts as atheist, since we don't believe in a god. And no we don't worship the Buddha. He was just a great man who lived that I have a lot of respect for and would like to be more like.

Buddhism intrigues me, but I honestly don't think I'd make a good Buddhist. For one thing, I tend to be too attached to material goods and worldly desires.

I understand what u mean. I can be materialistic sometimes too. You don't really have to commit to much, unless ur a Buddhist monk. It's really just about being peaceful. You mainly just have to go by these 5 rules, called the 5 moral perceptions. No killing, stealing, lying, sexually assaulting/harassing or drinking/doing drugs. And try to meditate and maybe do some yoga and that's about all the requirements.

Dawkins-style Agnostic Atheist here. I'm technically agnostic, but to me the odds are so low it's basically atheism.

I don't consider myself an atheist per se, but I've never been impressed with organized religion. I've just always thought it was boring, oppressive, and hypocritical.

'Nother aspie atheist here. I was a Mormon (like the rest of my family) until about 2 months ago when I realized that I had no observations at all backing up my beliefs so I ditched that religion in favor of atheism.
