Well, I am talking about an actual medical chromosomal analysis and not a commercial product to find out your ancestry. There are things medical specialists can spot that others cant. Here in my country these people are usually called molecular biologists and human genetics medical specialists. I may not be trans, but I do however fall under the category intersex when it comes to genetics (I have XXY, Klinefelters), while I do not appear to have any female secondary organs.
Yeah... I've considered that... but I think I might feel a little silly going to my doc and asking for a genetic diagnosis like that... especially before I've really gone very far into transition.
I do think it would be an interesting part of medical care for transgender people though.
