I'd say post-punk or new wave. Angular, jittery, unorthodox (yet often melodic and catchy) music with lyrics that often express special interests or social anxiety.

Actually I would think it would be complex introverted music. Bach. Jazz. Some kinds of prog rock. Neo psychedelic.
Angry head banging music seems more ADHD than autistic to me.

But all of that aside a better answer would be to look at actual music made by actual autistics/aspies.

The Owl City guy is an actual aspie. His songs are often about rather unorthodox subjects for song. His biggest hit is the one about a guy communing with fireflies. Many (including I) relate to the song... which is why its a hit. But its not a typical moon june love song. The album that has that song also has a track about...how awesomely great it is ...to go to the dentist. Only an aspie would pen a record a song on that topic!

He is the only high profile musician that I know of who is a diagnosed aspie.

David Byrne of the Talking Heads claimed he was, or was rumored to be one, or something.

That is why I relate and it was such a revelation when it came out when it came out.

Underground rap, such as Kool Keith or MF DOOM. Not mainstream rap though. Idk why everyone is saying classical music, I honestly hate classical music and a lot of my aspie irl friends do too
