Help recognising songs with similar chord progressions?

ok, I've noticed there is a specific chord progression/ change that I've heard in two songs that affects me a lot , for some reasons. Can anyone recognise it? I wonder why it makes me feel simultaneously ecstatic and anxious. If you know of more songs like these please share.
