Your poor friend! I met a lady who is like that and she said years ago as a kid she went to a party and asked the mum if there was eggs in the cake. The lady just thought she was being a pain and said 'no' and it nearly killed her. Personally if I was that girls mum I'd have been a bit more onto it as they are very real.
It must be a total pain but the upside would be great knowledge about food and if you are managing it right I imagine a very healthy diet. Must be a bit dangerous getting there tho! Your mum sounds a champ!

Yeah she was awesome. Made sure to check the ingredients list of everything while grocery shopping and made him double check everything. And she made him special cookie press cookies because they have no egg in them so he could have Christmas cookies too. Grayson stayed with us for Thanksgiving break too. Try having a Thanksgiving dinner with a kid who's allergic to turkey lol

I'm allergic to sheep, goat and cow's milk in every form and all components.
I'm allergic to shellfish and related sea creatures, along with the medical dye iodine.
I'm allergic to kiwi and have a general latex intolerance. I can only have cooked bananas, and avocado can be cooked or raw but has to be south something else.

I also have had eczema since around puberty. I've had hay fever my whole life but it doesn't bother me much. I'm also allergic to dust and pet dander. We have a cat but i'm fine as long as I don't touch her even rub my eyes, or take a deep whiff of her fur

I stopped having dairy around 2011 and my allergies have been much better. My clothes are grateful too.

Mustard in flour and seed form which is usually included in all shop bought prepacked sandwiches and restaurant side salad dressings.
I also have to check food items in the supermarket because it's being added to more and more things lately.
Even caught it in the ingredients in a can of soup! :eew:
