Type 0 negative, anyone else is obsessed by this band?

I discovered them many years ago, I fell in "love" with the band frontman's history and his way of thinking.
Such a good, open, honest man.

I was just wondering, I bought their entire discography and I'm curious if anyone else here knows them!

One of their best song

Yeah, junior year of high school October Rust was out and a lot of my friends had been into Bloody Kisses. They nailed a good vector.

I've had a lot of friends who like Type O Negative, but they've never really held much appeal to me. Their cover of Black Sabbath is killer though.

They're a band I appreciate more than I actually enjoy listening to, if that makes any sense. I really like their style, their sense of humor, really love Peter Steele's beautiful voice...but I don't find myself putting on their music much these days.

I stopped putting their music because it felt too personal. I would often cry or become angry at the lyrics/melodies. Hard stuff.

I spin "World Coming Down" on occasion. I remember back when I listened to it for the first time. I didn't previously hear anything that depressive and atmospheric. Great album.

I've actually been listening to quite a bit of Type O recently.
