I only wear a watch if I'm going out and will need to watch the time for whatever reason. When I do wear one, it's on my left wrist.

I wear it on my genitals so when someone asks “You got time on yer cock?” ( a northern expression ) I can say yes and walk away

Left, as per my vote, but I take it off when I'm at home for sensory reasons. It's OK when I'm out and about and distracted, but at home in the quiet and calm it will keep coming to my attention as uncomfortable.

1905 Hamilton pocket watch. Boom, problem solved, and the ticking is nice.
